BOOKING POLICY

Online Appointment Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing our services! To provide you with the best experience, we have established the following policy regarding appointment bookings and cancellations.

1. Booking Appointments Online

  • All appointments can be booked through our online booking system. Please provide accurate contact information, including a valid email address and phone number, to receive appointment confirmations and reminders.

2. Confirmation of Appointments

  • Once an appointment is booked online, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address. It is the client's responsibility to review the confirmation for accuracy. If there are any discrepancies, please contact us immediately.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests can be made online through our booking system or by contacting us directly.

4. No-Show Policy

  • A “no-show” occurs when a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing the required notice.

  • In the event of a no-show, a fee equal to 100% of the booked service will be charged. This fee covers the time and resources reserved for your appointment.

  • The no-show fee will be automatically charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. If a credit card was not provided, the fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.

5. Late Arrivals

  • If you are running late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the no-show policy may apply.

6. Exceptions

  • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur. If you believe you have a valid reason for missing your appointment without notice, please contact us within 24 hours of your missed appointment to discuss possible exceptions to the no-show fee.

7. Agreement

  • By booking an appointment with us, you agree to this appointment booking policy, including the cancellation and no-show fee terms.
